A flipped image of the incredible moonlike landscape surrounding Pangong Tso on the Indian/Tibetan border. The lake stretches 134km and is situated at a height of 4,350m. The name means 'high grassland lake' in Tibetan.
Walking out of my homestay in the middle of the night, I felt like I was in a snow globe. The stars stretched all the way down to the horizon creating an incredible sensation of being in space.
